JOYA is a dance fitness and wellness practice the blends the breath practices, body awareness and healing properties of tai chi, qigong and yoga with a tropical dance flow and eclectic playlist of inspiring music from around the world.

Joya dance practice activates, restores, revitalizes and enhances energetic channels and pathways for balance, harmony, health, and well-being of body, mind, and spirit.

Zoe received her yoga training in India, and has also studied and continues to practice Tai Chi, Qigong, Yoga, Freeform & Modern Dance. She also studied, practiced, and performed ancient and modern Hula for over 18 years in Hawaii,
