JOYA  is a movement art and dance fitness practice that blends the breath practices, body awareness and healing properties of Yoga, Qigong, and T'ai Chi with the tropical flow of Hula to an eclectic playlist of music from Hawaii and around the world. 

JOYA practice activates and enhances the flow state to clear, restore and revitalize energetic channels for balance, harmony, health and well-being of body, mind, and spirit. 


JOYA was created and is taught by Zoe Miner

Zoe studied, practiced, and performed ancient and modern Hula for over 18 years in Hawaii, received her yoga training in India, and has also studied and continues to practice Qigong, T’ai Chi, Freeform & Modern Dance.
